Daniel Reed – Practical Strategies for Every Entrepreneur
I’m Daniel Reed, and my path into business strategy began at the Sloan School of Management at MIT, where I earned my MBA with a focus on strategic management. My education gave me a deep understanding of business frameworks, but it was my 15 years in corporate consulting that truly shaped my perspective.
I spent much of my career advising Fortune 500 companies on leadership, operations, and growth. It was exciting, but I couldn’t ignore the gap: small and medium-sized businesses rarely had access to these insights, even though they needed them just as much. That’s why I founded The Business Deck. My goal is to make boardroom-level strategies available to every entrepreneur.
Whether you’re launching a startup or scaling a family business, I believe you deserve access to practical, battle-tested ideas. Through my writing, I simplify complex concepts and share real-world lessons from consulting and mentorship. For me, strategy isn’t about theory — it’s about clarity, action, and results. The Business Deck is my way of leveling the playing field and giving every entrepreneur the tools to thrive.
